Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of digital products offered by Boho WeddinGuide, in particular the Boho Wedding Guide ebook and its associated printable bonuses, published by CYRIL.POLETTI (SIRET: 510 539 646).

The products sold are digital guides in PDF format (and, where applicable, a complete pack including printable bonuses). The exact content of each product is described on the website at the time of the order.

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of the order, expressed in euros (EUR). Payment is made in a single instalment at the time of the order, through the secure payment provider Stripe.

The products are digital and delivered immediately after payment confirmation, via a download link made available on the order confirmation page. No physical shipment takes place. If you experience any difficulty accessing your download, you may contact us at the address indicated below.

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's express prior agreement and acknowledgement that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By confirming your order and accessing the download, you expressly agree to the immediate supply of the digital content and waive your right of withdrawal for that content.

No refund is issued for a product that has been delivered and downloaded, subject to any mandatory legal provisions that apply.

The client undertakes to provide accurate information when ordering and to use the products in compliance with these terms. The client remains responsible for the use made of the downloaded files.

The products are licensed for the client's personal use only. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing or commercial use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. All content remains protected under intellectual property law.

Boho WeddinGuide cannot be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the products, nor for malfunctions originating from third-party services (payment provider, hosting, download platforms). The information contained in the guides is provided for information purposes only.
